General

when you ask for advice from others, make sure your questions are clearly stated and that you are even asking a question to begin with.
sometimes you need to figure out the answer for yourself.

and mean what you say

don't think and act like they are.

Write down everything. Wikis make it easy. There are tons of options: dokuwiki, mediawiki, instiki, pbwiki (can signup online - don't have to have your own server).

Centralized, easily searchable documentation is fantastic.

But you know yourself more than anybody else.

Age is just a number.

Figure out what your Myers-Briggs personality type is. It will help you understand yourself and your relationship with others better. It's helpful for assessing your strengths and weaknesses and figuring out things for your career, love life, family life and life in general.

Habits can be both bad and good. Seek out creating good habits and ridding yourself of the bad ones. Make a list of things to do and things not to do and act on it.

All the time tell it. In the end you will be happier, less stressed and more free than you could ever imagine.

Try someday doing things one at a time, slowly and deliberately. Try not to think about too much but exactly what you are doing at that moment.
